Delight your guests with our sumptuous banquets. Each banquet, featuring a Chinese or Western menu, is specifically created and lovingly prepared by our chef and his talented team and the hotel's sommelier has carefully assembled a list of wines and champagnes from which to choose from.

We also offer couples the chance to "Go Green" on your special day with our special Green Wedding package. It includes all the basic wedding essentials but couples also have the choice to add a range of environmentally friendly additions. We provide alternatives to shark's fin and offer a special green menu featuring six sumptuous courses.
